His experience includes designing over 120 customised safari itineraries, training junior staff, and developing high-impact proposals, brochures, and institutional materials.
His academic background includes a Master’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management and training in Organizational Psychology. This combination provides a strong foundation in systems thinking, human behavior, and communication design.
